Right of withdrawal

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 28 (twenty-eight) days in which you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires after 28 (twenty-eight) days from the date:

1. when you or a designated third party, other than the carrier, take physical possession of the item, if a single item has been sold
2. when you or a designated third party, other than the carrier, take physical possession of the final item, if multiple items have been ordered by the consumer in one order and delivered separately
3. when you or a designated third party, other than the carrier, physically take possession of the final lot or piece, in the case of delivery of an article consisting of several lots or pieces

The product to return must meet the following requirements:

1. it must not have been worn and must not have any odor. The product must be in the same condition in which you received it.
2. must have all the tags intact and attached.
3. must be placed neatly in its original package.

How to make a return

You can return one or more products within 28 (twenty-eight) days. The withdrawal period expires after 28 (twenty-eight) days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, is placed in physical possession of the good, in the case of the sale of a single good.

Please follow the below instructions:

Write your return request to orders@thesneakershopgp.com listing:

  • your order number
  • your name and surname
  • the product code
  • the reason why you want to make the return
After receiving your email, we will make sure that the request date meets the 28 (twenty-eight) days from the receipt of the order and that the product code corresponds to the order for which the request was made. 
If these conditions are satisfied you will receive confirmation to your email.
PREPARE THE RETURN:

1. Insert the product to return in The Sneaker Shop package, make sure it complies with the return policies and that it has the security tag attached.
2. Fill in the adhesive label with the required information and apply it outside the package, so that it is visible to the courier.
3. Send the package to the following address with the courier of your choice:

TRANSPORT COSTS, CUSTOM DUTIES AND THE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE RETURN OF THE PRODUCTS ARE AT CUSTOMER'S CHARGE.

Refunds

If the verification of the returned product is successful and the right of withdrawal has been validly exercised in accordance with these conditions, we will issue a refund equal to the value paid for the purchase of the product (excluding transport costs, taxes and custom duties) on the same payment method you used for the purchase. The refund will be made as soon as possible. Remember that it could take up to a week to see the refund on your account.

If the verification of the returned product is unsuccessful, you will be informed that the refund cannot be made. In this event, you will be required to arrange the pick-up of the product from our warehouse at your own expense. 

Size/Color/Product change 

We do not manage changes in size or color or product. If you wish for a change, you have to proceed by making a return following the above instructions. Then, you can purchase the new product by making a new order directly on our website. 

Faulty products

In the event of a faulty product, we ask you to send an email to orders@thesneakershopgp.com reporting the problem within 28 (twenty-eight) days from the receipt of the product. Please make sure to add clear photos showing the fault on the product and the security tag attached

The product must have the tag attached otherwise the fault will not be attributable to the Seller and we will not be able to refund you. 

If the fault is recognized and accepted by us, we will issue a refund equal to the value paid for the purchase of the product on the same payment method you used for the purchase. We will reserve the option to request the return of the faulty product with a scheduled pick-up. 

Remember to fill in the adhesive label with the required information and apply it out of the package, so that it is visible to the courier.

Sending wrong products

If the product you received does not correspond to the one ordered, you can report it, again within 28 (twenty-eight) days, by writing to orders@thesneakershopgp.com. Please make sure to add clear photos showing the product is wrong and the security tag attached

Once we have carried out all appropriate checks, if we find that the product does not correspod to the one you ordered, we will schedule the pick-up of the product. 

The product must meet the following requirements:

1. must not have been worn and must not have any odor
2. must have all the tags intact and attached
3. must be placed neatly in its original package

Once received, if the verification of the product is successful, we will send the correct product if available. If not, we will issue a refund equal to the value paid for the purchase of the product. The refund will be made on the same payment method you used for the purchase.
