Right of withdrawal

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 (fourteen) days in which you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving your reasons. The cancellation period expires after 14 (fourteen) days from the date:

1. when you or a designated third party, other than the carrier, take physical possession of the item, if a single item has been sold;
2. when you or a designated third party, other than the courier, take physical possession of the final item, if multiple items have been ordered by the consumer in one order and delivered separately;
3. when you or a designated third party, other than the courier, physically take possession of the final lot or piece, in the case of delivery of an article consisting of several lots or pieces.
4. Make sure the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with all tags attached. The product must not have been worn or we will not be able to accept your return and refund.

The product to be returned must meet the following requirements:

1. it must not have been worn and must not have any kind of odor;
2. must have all the tags intact and attached; - must be placed neatly in the package;
3. the return packaging must possibly be the original one.

Return Procedure

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return one or more products within 14 (fourteen) days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, is placed in physical possession of the asset, in the case of the sale of a single asset.

1. Insert products to be returned in The Sneaker Shop package, make sure they comply with the return policies and that we have the security tag;
2. Fill in the adhesive label with the required data and apply it to the outermost layer of the package, so that it is visible to the courier
3. Send the package to the following address with the courier of your choice:

4. Send an email to orders@thesneakershopgp.com indicating the order number, the codes of the returned products and the reason.

TRANSPORT COSTS, CUSTOMS DUTIES AND THE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE RETURN OF THE PRODUCTS ARE THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY.

As soon as we receive the goods, if your return meets our return policy, we will issue a refund equal to the value of the items returned on the same payment method you used for the purchase.The refund will be made in 4-8 working days from receipt of the package at our warehouse *.

* we reserve an increase in the timing in case of work peaks up to 12 working days.

Change size/color

We do not manage changes in size or color or product. If you wish to change the size and / or color of the item you have purchased, you can do so by proceeding with the return of the goods and purchasing the new product with another order directly on the site.

Refunds

Verification of the return will take 4 to 8 working days from receipt of the package at our warehouse. At peak times, we reserve the right to exceed the deadline just mentioned by a few days. After acceptance we will make the refund. Remember that it can take up to a week to see your refund. FAULTY PRODUCT In the event of a faulty product, we ask you to send us one or more photos to orders@gpracingapparels.com and to explain the problem relating to the product. In the photos you must clearly see:

1. Problem with the product

2. Tag with product code

The product must have the tag attached otherwise the cause of the damage will not be attributable to the Seller and we will not be able to refund. If we find a problem with the product, we will refund it using the same payment method you used for the purchase. We will reserve the option of requesting the return of the faulty garment via scheduled collection.

Sending wrong products

If the product received does not correspond to the one ordered, the Consumer can report it, again within 14 days, to the Seller by writing to orders@gpracingapparels.com and attaching photos showing the product and the tag well. The product must meet the following requirements:

1. must not have been worn and must not have any type of odor;
2. must have all the tags intact and attached;
3. it must be placed in an orderly manner in the package;
4. the return packaging must possibly be the original one.

Once the Seller has carried out the appropriate check, if he verifies that the product sent does not correspond to the one ordered, he will:

1. Schedule a collection agreed with the customer;
2. Send the correct product if available;
3. If the new product is not available, we will refund the order in full.
4. We remind customers to insert a reference to the original order inside the package, which can be the document received with the order, the customer's name and surname, the order number.

Effects of withdrawl

If the verification of the returned products is successful and the right of withdrawal has been validly exercised within the terms and in the manner provided for in art. 10 of the general conditions of sale, we will refund the entire amount paid for the purchase of the products free of charge, excluding any transport costs, taxes and customs duties. The aforementioned refund will be made using the same means of payment used when purchasing the product.
